Escotto; (209) 468-3443 am C <br /> Senior Registered Environmental Health Specialist <br /> RE: PA-1300220 (SA), SU0009894 <br /> 7367 E Mariposa Rd, Stockton <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been <br /> identified as pertinent to this project. Other requirements may also apply. These <br /> requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. Submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans showing the existing <br /> sewage disposal system serving the 3,288 square foot building to be demolished. In <br /> addition, show on the revised plans the location of the proposed restrooms and the <br /> connections to the existing septic system. The leach field area cannot be driven over, <br /> parked on, or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that <br /> specific purpose only, and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> B. Any geotechnical drilling shall be conducted under permit and inspection by The <br /> Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9- <br /> 1115.3 and 9-1115.6). <br />
