REFERRALS AND Staffwill refer the application to any County depart—M.other agencies and surrounding ACTION property owners(for a map anerdmenu)affected by your proposal- At the end of a review and cormnera period a staff report will be Prepared and the Planning Cone nisaion will hold a public hearing. At the conclusiou of the hearing the Commission will either refer the application to the Board of Supervisors will a favorable rexrtmendetion or deny the request The Board of supervisors will then hold a public hearing and take fuel action on your request (Note:Planning Commission denials must be appealed in order to be heard by the Board of Supervisors.) FINAL ACTION The Board of Supervisors'action is fusel. The staff will send you a notification of the fol action. STEP 5 PERMITS Additional applications and pemuts may be necessary for the acural establishment of a use. The staff will make this determviabon when a specific use IS proposed LAND USE PERMITS Subdivisions and sane specific lad uses will require penmiLq which nay require an additional public hearing. SANITATION & Projects that will utilifs new ar-site sanitation disposal and/or or its wells,must get permits WELL PERMITS from the Enviromnental Health Division- BUILDING PERMITS If the project involves construction,a building permit must be approved prim to commerrcrosern ofwo& BUSINESS LICENSES If the project involves a busircst a Business license must be approved prior to starting opeauoa • OTHER PERMITS Frequently other local,state,adta federal agencies will require permits prix m new uvea being established(e.g.,Air Quality,Regional Water Quality Control Board Fish&Game, Fish&Wildlife,or the Sheiffs Office).
