PA-0400347 & PA-0500208 OF CORDIA
PILKINGTON TRUST C/O KJELDSEN, SINNOCK & NEUDECK
(APN: 181-090-11 & 181-090-02)(8868 & 8898 E. MARIPOSA ROAD,
STOCKTON)
The applicant has submitted the above referenced General Plan Map Amendment and
Zone Reclassification applications to amend the General Plan designation of
approximately 48.63 acres from A/G (General Agriculture) to A/L (Limited Agriculture)
and to change the zone from AG-40 (General Agriculture-forty acre minimum) to AL-5
(Limited Agriculture-five acre minimum). The second parcel is also fallow agricultural land.
If the General Plan Amendment and Zone Reclassification applications are approved,
the underlying project will be a Major Subdivision application to subdivide the property
into approximately nine parcels. A Major Subdivision application has not yet been
submitted.
The project site is on the south side of E. Mariposa Road, approximately 100 feet east of
S.
