No pesticide application shall be made or continued when there is the likelihood of contaminating any persons, non-target <br /> crops, animals or other public or private property. <br /> 3. Unless specifically named as a dust on this permit, NO DUST FORMULATIONS are allowed. <br /> 4.Apply pesticides covered by SLN(s) and Section 18(s) in conformance with the SLN(s)and Section 18(s). <br /> 5.A flagger is required at the application site for all AIR applications of Zinc Phosphide bait. <br /> Revised 10/90 <br /> Q Dicamba&Phenoxy Herbicide CV <br /> CONDITION-Q-DICAMBA AND PHENOXY HERBICIDES-CENTRAL <br /> VALLEY/HAZARDOUS AREA <br /> In addition to all applicable laws, regulations and label restrictions, the CONDITIONS CHECKED BELOW APPLY to — <br /> applications covered by this permit. <br /> [X] 1. No ester formulation applications allowed. <br /> [ ] 2.A smoke column is required at the application site for all Phenoxy and Dicamba applications by aircraft beginning <br /> March 16 and continuing through October 15. <br /> [X] 3. Do not discharge material more than 10 feet above the crop or target. <br /> [ ] 4.Adrift reducing agent shall be added to the spray mixture at label rates. <br /> [X] 5. Maximum wind velocity for Phenoxy herbicides-10 m.p.h. <br /> (X] 6. Maximum wind velocity for Dicamba- 10 m.p.h. EXCEPT when wind is moving indirection of sensitive crops, the <br /> maximum wind velocity-5 m.p.h. <br /> [ ] 7. No Dicamba application allowed in the vicinity of sensitive crops when the maximum temperature on the day of <br /> application is predicted to exceed 85 degrees <br /> fahrenheit. Predicted temperature for the following day will be determined by the NOAA- National Weather Service. <br /> [ ] 8. Dicamba applications by aircraft are restricted to a minimum distance of 2 miles from the following susceptible crops: <br /> beans, grapes, sunflower, tomato, <br /> safflower, curcurbits, potatoes. <br /> ( ] 9. Dicamba applications by ground are restricted to a minimum distance of 20 feet from the following susceptible crops: <br /> beans, safflower, tomato, curcurbits, <br /> potatoes and 1/4 mile from grapes and sunflowers. <br /> 1110. No Dicamba or Phenoxy herbicide applications allowed beginning March 16 and continuing through October 15, and <br /> until grape leaves in the vicinity of the treated area are"browned off'. <br /> Revised 10/90 <br /> B RM Use Near Schools <br /> RESTRICTED MATERIALS USE NEAR SCHOOLS <br /> No applications of Restricted Materials shall be made by air or ground within 660 feet of a school in session or when a school <br /> sponsored event is in progress.
