SUMMARY AND CONCLUSION <br /> We have performed an investigation into the current and historical uses of the property <br /> located at 4851 South Maybeck Road, Stockton, California, the subject property. San <br /> Joaquin County Development Ordinance Title 9 905.12(a) was used as a guideline to <br /> perform this assessment. This assessment has revealed no evidence of Recognized <br /> Environmental Conditions (RECs) with the exception of pesticide and use at the <br /> property from at least 2010 to the present. <br /> 10.0. RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> Based upon the findings of this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report, <br /> pesticide use is documented at the property. Therefore, if property use will change to <br /> residential or commercial, AGE recommends shallow soil sampling to determine if <br /> residual pesticides are present. If property use will remain unchanged, no sampling <br /> should be necessary. <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc. <br />
