�.. 1-01 Soil Suitability Study SCHMIERER PROPERTY 11467 East Mayers Road,Acampo,California 1.0. INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT At your request,Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc.(AGE)has prepared the enclosed Soil Suitability Study for the property located at 11467 East Mayers Road, Acampo, California. The property is situated on the north side of Mayers Road, and consists of a 20-acre parcel identified as County Assessor Number(APN) 007-180-02. There are no existing structures or wells on the property. A site map depicting site features is included as Figure 1. The future plan for the property is to develop the site into a single family residence(Appendix A). The proposed development plan has been recorded as San Joaquin County Community Development Department (SJCCDD) application No.PA-0700044. The purpose of this study is to determine the suitability of soil drainage on the property for future septic tank discharge. The soil suitability study was conducted within 100-feet of the proposed location of the new septic system (Figure 1). The work was performed under SJCCDD Title Requirements Section 9-1105.2(d)and as required by the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department(SJCEHD) letter dated 14 February 2007. 2.0. PRESENT AND PAST USAGE OF SITE The property has been used for agriculture and or pasture land.Prior to current use,the property was dry land. 3.0. EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE There are no existing structures or septic systems on subject property.According to readily available records and interviews with the property owners,there have been no septic systems installed and no septic permits issued for this site; therefore there is no septic tank history. There are adjacent and neighboring properties in close proximity to the subject property.
