Prior to Parcel Map approval, an addendum report shall be submitted to the <br /> Environmental Health Department and receive approval by the Environmental Health <br /> Department. <br /> UlG ,-B. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of <br /> septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel.
