The surface and subsurface contamination report has been completed and was <br /> submitted to you by Advanced GeoEnvironmental on September 12, 2003. Please let me know if <br /> there are any further changes required. <br /> B. I have contracted with Ron Heinzen of Kleinfelder to complete a soil suitability <br /> study and a percolation test. <br /> C. I have finther contracted with Ron Heinzen of Kleinfelder to test the private water <br /> well, as required. <br /> D. We are in the process of contracting for the destruction of the abandoned well on <br /> Parcel No. 2. However, we need some clarification on this issue. Please clarify if it is necessary <br /> that the well be destroyed prior to the recordation of the Parcel Map or to be destroyed prior to <br /> the pulling of a building permit. My engineer has informed me that often these are reflected on <br /> the map as "to be destroyed". <br /> E. As I discussed with you, all of the structures on the property are currently used by <br /> the owners.
