. KLEINFELDER
` 7. CONCLUSIONS
The results of our percolation tests indicate that a suitable soil percolation stratum exists at test
locations P-2 and P-3 at a depth of about 12 feet below existing site grade. A suitable soil
condition for septic percolation tests is defined as a stratum capable of percolating water at a rate
of 60 minutes per inch (min/inch) at a depth of up to 3.5 feet below existing site grade and 30
min/inch for deeper tests. Based on our understanding of the project, no individual septic
systems are to be utilized on the subject property, as city utility hookups will be available once
the property is annexed.
8. LEMTATIONS
The conclusions of this report are based on the information provided regarding the existing
development and on the site conditions. It was assumed that the percolation test results are
representative of the subsurface conditions in the general area.
r This completes the scope of work requested. Our work was performed in general accordance
with the standard of care that exists in San Joaquin County. No other guarantee or warranty,
expressed or implied, is made.
Respectfully submitted,
QPOFESS/oN
.
