Please refer to the attached checklist for <br /> items found to be insufficient. An addendum to the Soil Suitability Study addressing the items <br /> found insufficient must be submitted to the EHD prior to the approval of application. Please be <br /> advised that any additional time required to review the addendum will be billed at a rate of$93.00 per <br /> hour. <br /> In order to satisfy the conditions of approval under the EHD jurisdiction for this project, please <br /> submit to the EHD those items noted above.
