PERSONAL INT <br /> nnE <br /> --RVIEW <br /> t—'� <br /> A representative of AGE conducted an interview with Ms. Susan Gilbeau,a property owner,on 12May <br /> 2003 regarding the historical usage and features of the site.The following information,to the best ofher <br /> knowledge,was obtained during the interview. <br /> 7.1. GENERAL PROPERTY HISTORY <br /> The subject property was part of Sperry Ranch and has been used for agricultural purposes since the <br /> 1880s. Ms. Gilbeau inherited the property from her mother. Crops grown on the property included row <br /> crops,tomatoes,beans,corn and wheat on the northern portion,the southern portion near McAllen Road <br /> was used as pasture for cows and horses. <br /> Ranch Complex:Ms.Gilbeau noted that the old house was built in 1862 and had an add-on in the 1920s. <br /> The bams were constructed in the 1920s and the arena was constructed in the 1970s. <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmen[al.Inc. <br />
