All such storage rooms should meet the California <br /> Model Building And Security Ordinance. A copy of which is <br /> atttached. <br /> Parking area should allow visual observation by employees <br /> and security personnel. <br /> Landscaping should include security shrubbery along fences <br /> to discourage climbing. <br /> All trees and plants should be placed and maintained in such <br /> a manner -as_ f ey cannot beusedto provide concealment for <br /> criminal activity. Trees should be trimmed from the ground to <br /> a height of six feet and placed so they do not obscure obser- <br /> vation. <br />
