McBride Avenue, Escalon <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> V A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> vDevelopment Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> &ftoerformed. <br /> at the time of development. A review fee of $156.00 is required at time of <br /> submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromochloropropane <br /> C#' I (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map.
