CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> MS-93-120 <br /> GERALD BARTON <br /> Revisions of Approved Actions Application for Minor Subdivision Application No. MS-93-120 was <br /> approved by the San Joaquin County Community Development Department on March 18, 1996. The <br /> effective date of approval is March 28, 1996. This tentative map approval will expire on January 29, <br /> 1997, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with and (2) a Parcel Map has been <br /> filed with and accepted by the County Surveyor. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and Ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled <br /> prior to approval of the Parcel Map. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been <br /> identified as Ordinance requirements pertinent to this application. Ordinance requirements cannot <br /> be modified, and other Ordinance requirements may apply. All Conditions of Approval as approved <br /> by the Planning Commission on January 20, 1994 are still applicable. In addition, this application <br /> Is subject to the following conditions: <br /> 1d. The parcel line between Parcels 3 and 4 shall be straightened and made perpendicular to <br /> McBride Avenue. <br /> 2f. Destruction or proper sealing the abandoned well on Parcel Two under permit and inspection by <br /> the Environmental Health Division is required.
