The property is located on McBride Avenue, north of Lee Avenue. This <br /> study was performed to determine if the subject site is acceptable for septic systems which will <br /> function properly and pose no adverse environmental impact to surface waters, or to the <br /> underlying groundwater. This report is in compliance with the requirements of Development Title <br /> Section 9-1105.2 (d) of the San Joaquin County Ordinance Codes. <br /> [2] SUBJECT SITE AND STUDY AREA BACKGROUND INFORMATION <br /> The subject property is located in the extreme southeast corner of San Joaquin County near the <br /> Stanislaus River in a predominately agricultural region. The surrounding structures consist of <br /> very low density, single family housing; ranchettes and agricultural production ranches. The <br /> primary agricultural production it, tree crops. Topography of the subject parcels is relatively flat <br /> for parcel 1; however, par.;els 2 and 3 have a bluff traversing through each parcel. Proposed <br /> septic system these two parcels will have to be designed accordingly to accommodate or <br /> circumvent the slope.
