SA-96-68 OF <br /> WHOOSE GOOSE FARMS, INC. (C/O JOSEPH ZEITER) . <br /> ----------------------------------------------------------------- <br /> This is a Site Approval Application for the expansion of an <br /> existing Duck Club. The proposal will add docks and expand <br /> existing buildings. This project will add 2 , 415 square feet to <br /> the existing 3 , 750 square feet, for a total of 6 , 115 square feet. <br /> This site is located on the northwest quadrant of McDonald <br /> Island. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed this item and <br /> offers the following comments : <br /> Site Approval Application No. ^C was approved by the Community <br /> Development Department on "C. The effective date of approval is <br /> ^C. This approval will expire on "C, which is 18 months from the <br /> effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval <br /> have been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have <br /> been issued and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits <br /> from other agencies have been issued and remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval and <br /> ordinance requirements shall be fulfilled prior to the <br /> establishment of the use and the issuance of any building <br /> permits. Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been <br /> identified as ordinance requirements pertinent to this <br /> application.
