LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) A minimum ten-foot-wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-4-way, <br /> shall be installed across the frontage of the project site. <br /> (2) All areas not used for buildings, parking, driveways, walkways, approved outdoor <br /> storage areas,or other permanent facilities shall be landscaped. <br /> (3) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from <br /> traffic and kept mowed and dust free. (DevelopmentTitle Section 9-1020.6) <br /> (4) The parking area shall be landscaped as specified in Section 9-1020.6 of the <br /> Development Title. The parking area shall be provided with a minimum of five <br /> percent of landscaping within the perimeter of the parking area, not including <br /> landscaping along the street frontage. Two trees shall be planted and evenly <br /> spaced throughout the parking lot. (DevelopmentTitle Section 9-1020.6) <br /> g. The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code requirements <br /> will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittalto the <br /> Community Development Department for a building permit: <br /> (1) Fire flow will be provided for proposed buildings by the use of a static water supply. <br /> (NFPA 1231 of the National Fire Code) <br /> (2) Fire sprinkler systems may have to be installed according to Article 10 of the <br /> California Fire Code and the appropriate standards and guides adopted in Chapter <br /> 35 of the California Building Code and the California Electrical Code. <br /> (3) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with Section 902.2 of the <br /> California Fire Code and the standards adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire <br /> Chiefs Association. <br /> (4) Fire department access to buildings shall be in accordance with Section 902.4. A <br /> knox box shall be installed according to fire department instructions. <br /> (5) Fire extinguishers shall be installed in accordance with the California Fire Code, <br /> Volume 2, Standard 10-1. <br /> (6) Fire permits may be required prior to occupancy to conduct operations hazardous to <br /> life or property.
