CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> RA-92-3 (MS-90-79) <br /> E. & D. Brown and R. & A. Sprowls <br /> 1. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> a. Condition of Approval No. 2(b) of Minor Subdivision Application No. MS-90-79 (attached) <br /> shall be revised to read as follows: <br /> "The frontage improvements for McIntire Road across the frontage of Parcels 1, 2, 4, 5, <br /> and 6 shaill be constructed in conformance with the standards for one-half of a 50-foot- <br /> wide right-of-wam Farm or Estate Subdivision street. Prior to approval of the Parcel Map, <br /> the construction of the frontage improvements will be deferred upon execution by the <br /> owner of a Deferred Frontage Improvement Agreement. A $250.00 fee is required for <br /> processing, per Planning Title Section 9-10500, in addition to a copy of the Grant Deed <br /> and an estimate. The estimate shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a <br /> typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the Department of Public Works and <br /> submitted to Public Works for approval. As an option, Public Works will prepare the <br /> drawing and estimate for an additional fee of$100.00. <br /> 2. CLEMENTS RURAL COUNTY FIRE DISTRICT: <br /> a. The Conditions of Approval for the Clements Rural County Fire District (attached) shall <br /> be prefaced with the following heading: <br /> "All requirements of the District shall be complied with prior to the issuance of residential <br /> building permits.' <br /> NOTE: On November 7, 1991, the San Joaquin County Planning Commission approved RA-92-3 <br /> (MS-90-79) subject to the Conditions of Approval listed above. <br />
