The 100-year Flood Elevation will be approximately 102 feet NGVD. <br /> McIntire Road has an existing right-of-way width of 45 feet and a planned right-of-way width of <br /> 50 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $582.00 per <br /> 1,000 gross square foot of building as Manufacturing or $151.36 per additionally daily <br /> trip-end generated in the Lockeford area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 <br /> of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering <br /> News Record.) A credit may be given to existing buildings that will be demolished. <br /> (Resolutions R-90-304, R-91-1025, R-93-167, R-94-179, R-95-650 and R-96-592) <br /> 2. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 3.
