The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin Ordinance <br /> requirement will be applicable and shall be incorporated in <br /> the construction plans before submittal to the Building <br /> Inspection Division : <br /> a . Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C.A.C. , Title 24 ) . <br /> 2 . The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> a. Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The <br /> space(s) shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance ( C.A.C. , Title 24 ) . <br /> b . Provide identification signs for the parking space (s ) <br /> including the "tow away" sign at each entrance or visible <br /> from each space ( C.A.C. , Title 24 ) . <br /> C . The slope of a parking space shall not exceed i inch per <br /> foot (C.A.C. , Title 24 ) . <br /> 3 .
