The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin Ordinance <br /> requirement will be applicable and shall be incorporated in <br /> the construction plans before submittal to the Building <br /> Inspection Division: <br /> a . Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (C.A.C. , Title 24 ) . <br /> 2 . The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> a . Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The <br /> space( s ) shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance (C.A.C. , Title 24 ) . <br /> b . Provide identification signs for the parking space ( s ) <br /> including the "tow away" sign at each entrance or visible <br /> from each space (C.A.C. , Title 24 ) . <br /> C . The slope of a parking space shall not exceed } inch per <br /> foot (C.A.C. , Title 24 ) . <br /> 3 .
