Mr. Martin asked if the applicants would be using composting, the applicants <br /> indicated no. <br /> Mr. Martin reviewed the screening requirements. <br /> Mr. Rubianes reviewed the parking requirements. Mr. Martin asked if the applicants <br /> thought the parking requirements were excessive, they indicated yes. Mr. Martin asked <br /> the applicants to submit a letter stating why they feel the parking is excessive. <br /> Mr. Borges reviewed Environmental Health Divisions requirements. <br /> Mr. Neely reviewed the Public Works Department requirements. Mr.Neely indicated <br /> that he would be adding a couple more conditions, as he just received the City of <br /> Stockton Public Works Department letter of requirements. <br /> Mr. Martin informed the applicants that he would be modifying condition d. to read <br /> "storm water drainage shall remain on site". <br /> 11:00 a. in. 5. QUARRY EXCAVATION APPLICATION NO. QX-01-2 OF <br /> LM LONESTAR CALIFORNIA,INC. (C/O PMC PACIFIC <br /> MATERIALS). A Quarry Excavation to excavate 688 acres, 100 <br /> million tons of sand and gravel over a 60-year period. (15% of <br /> proposed quarry is located in Stanislaus County). Located in the <br /> general area of the southeast comer of Koster and Blewett Roads, <br /> south of Tracy(APN: 265-010-01; Address: 36736 S. Koster <br /> Road, Tracy). <br /> Leanne Mueller, Associate Planner,Bob Kachel, Stanislaus County Senior Planner; <br /> Richard Kelly,RMC Pacific Materials; Dennis Tsuchida, RMC Pacific Materials,were <br /> present for this item. <br /> Ms. Mueller introduced the project.
