ETAL <br /> (FIFTH SUPERVISQRIAL DISTRICT) <br /> IT IS RECOMMENDED: <br /> That the Board of Supervisors execute a final Certificate of Cancellation for a portion of <br /> Williamson Act Contract No. 73-C1-12. <br /> BACKGROUND: <br /> On November 27, 2007 the Board of Supervisors tentatively approved Williamson Act <br /> Contract cancellation application PA-0600500. The purpose of this request is to facilitate a <br /> Lot Line Adjustment for the Stockton Sportsman's Club. The purpose of the Lot Line <br /> Adjustment is to move a property line which currently bisects a house and pheasant pens, 120 <br /> feet to the west. A Certificate of Tentative Cancellation was recorded on December 7, 2007. <br /> The tentative approval was granted contingent on satisfaction of the following condition: <br /> 1. Payment in full of the amount of the cancellation fee. Unless the fee is paid within <br /> the time period specified by the County Assessor, said fee shall be computed as of <br /> the date of the notice from the landowner that all other conditions and contingencies <br /> have been satisfied, <br /> As of November 28, 2007, the above condition has been met. As stated in the Certificate of <br /> Tentative Cancellation, a Certificate of Cancellation will be executed at the completion of the <br /> required conditions. <br /> A legal ad for the public hearing was published in The Record on February 1, 2008, and <br /> public bearing notices were mailed on January 30, 2008. <br />
