BEFORE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN, <br /> STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> R-07- <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING TENTATIVE WILLIAMSON ACT CANCELLATION NO. <br /> PA-0600500 OF PER MC, L.L.C. ETAL <br /> WHEREAS, on 'July 5, 2007 , the San Joaquin County Planning Commission considered <br /> this matter; and <br /> WHEREAS, on November 27; 2007, this Board of Supervisors 'did conduct a public <br /> hearing on said matter, notice of which hearing was given in accordance with law, and oral and <br /> documentary evidence.having been received in favor of or opposed to said matter, and this Board <br /> of Supervisors being advised on the premises; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by this Board of Supervisors that said Tentative <br /> Williamson Act Cancellation No. PA-0600500 be, and it hereby is, approved, with the following <br /> conditions and contingencies: <br /> Pay the full amount of the cancellation fee of $4,125.00. Unless the fee is paid within <br /> one year from the date of the recording of the Certificate of Tentative Cancellation, the fee shall <br /> be recomputed as of the date the landowner requests a recomputation. <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of November, 2007 by the following vote of the <br /> Board of Supervisors, to wit.- <br /> AYES: <br /> it:AYES: <br /> NOES: <br /> ABSENT: <br /> VICTOR MOW, Chairman <br /> Board of Supervisors <br /> County of San Joaquin <br /> State of California <br /> ATTEST: LOIS M.
