The site is
located within the East One-half (E2) of Section 25, Township 2
South, Range 6 East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian.
This property and the surrounding area is zone AG-40
(Agricultural) . The topography of this location is flat with a
gradient of approximately 0 . 03 sloping from east to west.
The topographic soils map prepared by the University of
California, Berkeley, indicates the site is largely covered by
Fresno fine sandy loam soils with smaller areas being covered by
Fresno loam soils. For many years, the subject property has been
used for the cultivation of row crops. The latest San Joaquin
County Water Conservation District Maps reveal that the standing
water level of the subject site to be at a depth of approximately
eight (81 ) feet. This relates to a groundwater elevation of
approximately fifteen (151 ) feet.
Attached is a copy of a percolation test performed on June 27 ,
1991, by R. W. Siegfried & Associates, Consulting Civil Engineers.
This test hole reveals that the surface soils are underlain by sandy
soils of a depth of approximately three (31 ) feet. The observed
percolation rate was 14 . 7 minutes per inch.
(Cont'd. )
C:ILUIL7701 S.SO
MAIN OFFICE 4045 CORONADO AVENUE STOCKTON,CALIFORNIA 95204-2396 Telephone(209)943-2021 FAX Telephone(209)942-0214
TRACY BRANCH OFFICE 3120 TRACY BOULEVARD.SUITE D TRACY,CALIFORNIA 95376-1719 Telephone(209)835-5300
