1 <br /> ' 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of one legal parcel totaling 55 acres +/- located at <br /> ' 19099 Mehrten Road, Clements, California. The project is in an agricultural community and is <br /> zoned AG-40. The Assessor's Parcel Numbers are are 023-020-05 and 29. <br /> ' Description of Proposed Development: The purpose of this project is to create a 2.6 acre <br /> Homesite Parcel and a 52.6 acre "Designated Remainder"parcel. <br /> ' 1.2 Parcel Vicinity Location Map: (See Appendix). <br /> 1.3 Site Map: (See Appendix). <br /> ' 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> ' 2.1 Discussion of Past, Present uses at the site to assess potential problems: The present owner, <br /> Barbara Wakeham has owned the property for 10'years. The past and present use for the property <br /> has been used for agriculture and existing residence. The site will continue to be used for <br /> ' agriculture. The purpose of this project is to create a 2.6 acre Homesite parcel and a 52.6 <br /> "Designated Remainder"parcel. The 52.6 acre "Designated Remainder" parcel contains an existing <br /> house. And the 2.6 acre Homesite Parcel has two existing sheds. <br /> ' 3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE SECTION: <br /> ' 3.1 Description of Existing On-site Septic Tank Usage: Currently there is one existing home <br /> located on subject parcel. There is an existing septic system located on subject parcel. (See <br /> Appendix). <br /> ' 3.2 Site Septic Permit History: Research for on-site septic permits revealed a permit for this <br /> ' parcel. (See Appendix) <br /> 3.3 Discussion of On-site Repair History: There is no history of septic repair/addition on subject <br /> tparcel. (See Appendix). <br /> 3.4 Description of Existing Septic Tank Usage in the General Area: Septic systems in the <br /> ' general area consist of what seam to be standard systems consisting of leach lines and seepage pits. <br /> (See permits in Appendix.) <br /> ' 3.5 General Area Septic Permit History: In researching permits for septic systems at <br /> San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department records, the septic systems in this general <br /> area range in installation dates from 1967 to 2009. (Copies of permits are in Appendix.) <br /> 3.6 Discussion of General Area Septic Tank Repair History: Repair/addition history of the <br /> septic systems in this area reveals that the the leach lines and seepage pits have resulted in <br /> 1 consistent performance.
