Fumigant Safe Handling Information Fumigant Safe Handling Information is required for all handlers involved in fumigation, in a manner that the handler can understand, and must be renewed every 12 months. Safe handling information includes: respiratory protection, signs and symptoms of exposure and emergency preparedness. The Certified Applicator must confirm handlers have received the ' Fumigant Safe Handling Information. Fumigant Safe Handling Information can be found where the fumigant product is purchased or at www2.epa.gov/soil-fumigants/safety-information-fumigant-handlers. 5.
