' 1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1.1 Description of site: The project consists of one legal parcel,but has two Assessor Parcel 0 <br /> Numbers. The subject parcel numbers are 023-020-05 and 023-020-29. The project is an agricultural <br /> community. The parcel is zoned AG-40. <br /> 1.2 Description of Proposed Development: It is proposed to create a homesite from the existing parcel. <br /> In accordance with the San Joaquin County Development Title,this Surface and Subsurface <br /> Contamination Report(SSCR) is being submitted for approval. This report will investigate the property(//,?-) <br /> for visual or historical environmental contamination based on field observation, interviews with the <br /> owner, and County records. (This SSCR includes no chemical analysis). <br /> 1.3 Parcel location map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map with Vicinity Map and APN page). <br /> ' 1.4 Site Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map). <br /> ' 2.0 PAST PRESENT AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> 2.1 Discussion of Past, Present,and Proposed Future Uses: The primary source of information of <br /> the historic use of this property is testimony of the owners,Barbara Wakeham and Bruce and Sarah <br /> Wakeham. The owners were interviewed in March, 2016. The Wakehams have owned the subject <br /> parcel for more than 10 years. The land use has not changed under their ownership. It has always been <br /> used for agricultural purposes. C2. 1 <br /> Presently the property is used for agricultural purposes. The surrounding properties area also used for <br /> agricultural purposes. <br /> 3.0 IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF <br /> ' CONTAMINATION: <br /> ' 3.1 Methods used to research: Methods used to research this parcel were records researched at the <br /> San Joaquin County Agriculture Commissioners office on March 17,2016 (see appendix for results). <br /> An onsite survey was performed on March 22, 2016 by staff of Dillon& Murphy. The San Joaquin lJ <br /> ' County Environmental Health Department's underground storage tank mitigation database list did not <br /> yield any concerns. A search of underground storage tank program facilities yielded no findings in <br /> subject parcel area. <br /> ' 3.2 Description of all past on-site potential and/or known above and below ground sources of <br /> contamination identified at the project site: Past on-site potentials for contaminations are low. The <br /> ' property has been used for agricultural purposes for more than 10 years. Historically there have been C3 2, <br /> no underground storage tanks. The owner has no knowledge of improper above ground storage of <br /> chemicals on the subject parcel. <br /> ' 1 <br />
