Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared,stamped,and signed <br /> '! by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying perSection 8731 of <br /> the Land Surveyor's Act, or a Licensed land Surveyor. <br /> I <br /> 2.
