� I <br /> l; <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-97-12 <br /> Beidt <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. LA-97-12 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on April 4, 1997, which Is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of <br /> a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> k, This approval will expire on October 4, 1998,which Is 18 months from the effective date of approval, <br /> unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the CountySurveyor. <br /> ,a <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: (Contact: Chandler Martin, 468-3190) <br /> f� a. A 'Notice of Lot Line Adjustment' shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property <br /> through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be exchanged shall be <br /> submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared,stamped,and signed <br /> '! by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying perSection 8731 of <br /> the Land Surveyor's Act, or a Licensed land Surveyor. <br /> I <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: (Contact: Richard Hieb, 468-3000) <br /> a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is required. <br /> E!
