Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. <br /> A. The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report utilized for this minor subdivision application <br /> was for PA-03-125 that created this parcel. Prior to Parcel Map approval, applicant shall have a <br /> qualified environmental professional prepare a Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report, <br /> identifying any potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by past or current <br /> land uses. The report shall include evaluation of non-point source of hazardous materials, including <br /> agricultural chemical residues, as well as potential point sources, such as fuel storage tanks, septic <br /> systems, or chemical storage areas. If the report indicates there is contamination. corrective action <br /> shall be taken, as recommended in the report and concurred with by Environmental Health prior to <br /> recording Parcel Map (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-905.12(a)(c)). The <br /> application and review fee is $186.00 and is due at time of submittal. <br /> B. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study indicating,that the area is <br /> suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map(San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of 5186.00 must be paid at <br /> time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County <br /> w prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice <br /> or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each <br /> parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> C. Construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s) under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil <br /> Suitability findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> D. Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Department is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1115.3). <br /> --13 <br />
