Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be modified. A. The Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report utilized for this minor subdivision application �C was for PA-03-125 that created this parcel. Prior to Parcel Map approval,applicant shall have a qualified environmental professional prepare a Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report, identifying any potential source of surface or subsurface contamination caused by past or current land uses. The report shall include evaluation of non-point source of hazardous materials, including rr� agricultural chemical residues,as well as potential point sources, such as fuel storage tanks, septic systems, or chemical storage areas. If the report indicates there is contamination,corrective action shall be taken, as recommended in the report and concurred with by Environmental Health prior to recording Parcel Map(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-905.12(a)(c)). The application and review fee is$186.00 and is due at time of submittal. B. The Environmental Health Department requires a soil suitability study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage. This must be performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map(San v( Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2(d)). A review fee of$186.00 must be paid at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Department. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each ��parcel. A permit fee of$93.00 per percolation hole is required. x. construction of individual sewage-disposal-system(s)under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based on the Soil Suitability findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1110.3 &9-1110.4). JT�Construction of individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development(San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3).
