One of the dimensions to be studied <br /> included all areas within a two-mile radius of the Airport. Additionally,this site is in the <br /> outer limits of Zone 6 of the ALUC Airport Safety Zoning Plan/Land Use Plan included <br /> in the Airport Layout Plan set of drawings. Zone 6 is the traffic pattern zone on the <br /> Airport and the State recommends the following limits on land use in these areas: <br /> Maximum Population Density Use— 150 per acres <br /> Residential Land Use—4 to 6 units per acre <br /> Special Function—Avoid more than 150 people per acre <br /> Thank you again for the opportunity to comment on this proposed action.
