All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a foundation inspection. <br /> f. All grading pernits are subject to approval by the other departments. <br /> g. All grading authorized by the permit shall be approved prior to Issuance of any <br /> building permits, or beginning of any construction. <br /> Note: This application requires a discretionary approval, (e.g. Tentative Map, Site Approval, <br /> Use Permit). Therefore, a grading permit will not be Issued until this approval Is obtained. <br /> 3. The Construction Site Plan shall Indicate the following: <br /> a. Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The space(s) shall be located as <br /> close as possl Die to the primary entrance (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> b. Provide Identtf cation signs for the parking space(s) including the 'tow away' sign at <br /> each entrance or visible from each space (C.C.R., Title 24). <br /> C.
