.. 1- `T
_ 8.0 LIMITATIONS
The conclusions presented in this report are professional opinions based upon
visual observations of the property and vicinity, our interpretation of the available
information and documents reviewed, and review of reported analytical results for
environmental samples. as described in this report. The conclusions are intended
exclusively for the purpose outlined in this report, and at the property location and project
indicated. This report is intended for the sole use of H. Harold Campbell, General
Contractor, for the United Methodist Church at 11011 Micke Grove Road. The scope of
services performed in execution of this investigation may not be appropriate to satisfy the
needs of other users, and any use or reuse of this document or the findings, conclusions,
or recommendations presented herein is at the sole risk of said user.
It should be recognized that this study was not intended to be a definitive
investigation of geological conditions at the property. Given that the scope of services
for this investigation was limited, it is assumed that the test pit and percolation results
are representative of conditions at the entire site.
Opinions and recommendations presented herein for the design and use of septic
systems apply to the existing and reasonably foreseeable site conditions at the time of
our assessment. Changes in the conditions of this property may occur with time due to
natural processes or works of man on the subject site or adjacent properties. Changes
in applicable standards may also occur as a result of legislation or the broadening of
knowledge. Accordingly, the findings of this report may be invalidated, wholly or in part,
by changes beyond our control.
Estimates of liquid and nitrogen loading were compiled based on information from
the United States Environmental Protection Agency. San Joaquin County has their own
publication titled "Sewage Standards" (1993), which was not available during the
preparation of this document. The calculations presented in this document are in no way
intended to challenge San Joaquin County's Sewage Standards, but were provided as
conservative estimates in lieu of these standards and other applicable regulations.
SAC 125.12 14
DAMES &MOORE
