.. 1- `T <br /> _ 8.0 LIMITATIONS <br /> The conclusions presented in this report are professional opinions based upon <br /> visual observations of the property and vicinity, our interpretation of the available <br /> information and documents reviewed, and review of reported analytical results for <br /> environmental samples. as described in this report. The conclusions are intended <br /> exclusively for the purpose outlined in this report, and at the property location and project <br /> indicated. This report is intended for the sole use of H. Harold Campbell, General <br /> Contractor, for the United Methodist Church at 11011 Micke Grove Road. The scope of <br /> services performed in execution of this investigation may not be appropriate to satisfy the <br /> needs of other users, and any use or reuse of this document or the findings, conclusions, <br /> or recommendations presented herein is at the sole risk of said user. <br /> It should be recognized that this study was not intended to be a definitive <br /> investigation of geological conditions at the property. Given that the scope of services <br /> for this investigation was limited, it is assumed that the test pit and percolation results <br /> are representative of conditions at the entire site. <br /> Opinions and recommendations presented herein for the design and use of septic <br /> systems apply to the existing and reasonably foreseeable site conditions at the time of <br /> our assessment. Changes in the conditions of this property may occur with time due to <br /> natural processes or works of man on the subject site or adjacent properties. Changes <br /> in applicable standards may also occur as a result of legislation or the broadening of <br /> knowledge. Accordingly, the findings of this report may be invalidated, wholly or in part, <br /> by changes beyond our control. <br /> Estimates of liquid and nitrogen loading were compiled based on information from <br /> the United States Environmental Protection Agency. San Joaquin County has their own <br /> publication titled "Sewage Standards" (1993), which was not available during the <br /> preparation of this document. The calculations presented in this document are in no way <br /> intended to challenge San Joaquin County's Sewage Standards, but were provided as <br /> conservative estimates in lieu of these standards and other applicable regulations. <br /> SAC 125.12 14 <br /> DAMES &MOORE <br />
