The frontage improvements for Micke Grove Road across Parcel <br /> #11 shall be constructed in conformance with the standards for <br /> one-half of its adopted specific road plan. (A $250. 00 fee currently is required for <br /> processing per Planning Title Section 9-10502 in addition to <br /> a copy of the Grant Deed, legal descriptions of Parcel #1 and <br /> #2 , and an estimate. The estimate and legal descriptions <br /> shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a <br /> typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the <br /> Department of Public Works and submitted to the Department of <br /> Public Works for approval . As an option the Department of <br /> Public Works will prepare the drawing with estimate for an <br /> additional fee of $100 . 00) <br /> Please be advised that it is your responsibility to fulfill all <br /> Conditions of Approval and to file a Parcel Map with the County <br /> Surveyor prior to July 25, 1993 , the expiration date of the <br /> tentative map approval. You should contact the responsible <br /> agencies for assistance in fulfilling the Conditions of Approval . <br />
