REVISED CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL (July 18, 1991) <br /> H. & L. TRAVIS <br /> MS-91-102 <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel Map. <br /> 1. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> a. The frontage improvements for Micke Grove Road across Parcel <br /> #1 shall be constructed in conformance with the standards for <br /> one-half of its adopted specific road plan. The f re-Ttage <br /> r`rr---..f0rmanee-wi�i-�c-he-`, tcandards=ferelie-hai�6f cn-f6t <br /> ght ef-way farm or estate subdivisien street.- The <br /> construction of the frontage improvements will be deferred, <br /> upon execution by the owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway <br /> Improvement Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and <br /> Roadway Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to <br /> their estimated construction costs prior to approval of the <br /> Parcel Map. (A $250 . 00 fee currently is required for <br /> processing per Planning Title Section 9-10502 in addition to <br /> a copy of the Grant Deed, legal descriptions of Parcel #1 and <br /> #2 , and an estimate. The estimate and legal descriptions <br /> shall be prepared by a Registered Civil Engineer with a <br /> typical section drawing on a form to be supplied by the <br /> Department of Public Works and submitted to the Department of <br /> Public Works for approval. As an option the Department of <br /> Public Works will prepare the drawing with estimate for an <br /> additional fee of $100. 00) <br /> b. Requirements for construction of improvements shall be noticed <br /> by a statement on the Parcel Map. <br /> C. All easements of record shall be shown on the Parcel Map. <br /> ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> d. A Parcel Map is required. <br /> e. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this <br /> subdivision. The fee is due and payable at the time of the <br /> building permit application. (The fee currently is $2 , 739 . 00 <br /> for each single family dwelling unit in the Lodi area. The <br /> fee shall be automatically adjusted on July 1 of each year, by <br /> the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the <br /> Engineering News Record) . <br />
