For parcels #3 & #4 a soil suitability study as required by <br /> Section 10100 of the San Joaquin County Development Code must <br /> be performed prior to recordation of final map or letter of <br /> approval indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> usage. <br /> b. For parcels #3 & #4 construct an individual sewage disposal <br /> system(s) under a permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division at the time of development. <br /> C.
