h. STORM DRAINAGE: Any additional storm water drainage created by new improvements shall be <br /> retained on the site. The drainage pattern and corresponding storm drain improvements shall be <br /> shown on the Site Plan. Drainage calculations prepared by a registered civil engineer or architect <br /> shall be included.(DevelopmentTitle Section 9-1135) <br /> i. UNIFORM FIRE CODE The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Community Development Departmentfor a building permit. <br /> (1) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with Section 902.2 of the California Fire <br /> Code and the standards adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. <br /> (2) Fire access roads shall comply with San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Standard of 20 feet <br /> width and 13 fee`., six inches, minimum vertical clearance. <br /> 2.
