Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> 1. A soil suitability study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage <br /> must be performed prior to acceptance of the application as required by Section <br /> 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study <br /> is required and a review fee of$390.00 must be paid at time of submittal to E.H.D. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage standards of <br /> San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption <br /> rates of the manual of septic'tank practice or E.P.A. Design Manual for onsite <br /> wastewater treatment and disposal system is required for each parcel. A permit <br /> fee of $78.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> 2. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> 3. State on revised plans or improvement plans the maximum number of seats the <br /> sewage disposal system is being designed for and that the leach field area will be <br /> barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on or used as a storage area. This <br /> leach field area must be used forxhat specific purpose only and cannot contain <br /> any underground utility lines.
