..01
NUTIGATION MEASURES
EXISTING AND EXISTING PLUS PROJECT CONDITIONS
Intersections
None of the study intersections currently warrant improvements under existing conditions.
Under existing plus project conditions, all study intersections are expected to operate at acceptable
weekday AM and PM peak hour levels of service and Sunday peak hour of project's trip generation.
At the project's driveway intersections with Middle Road, the driveway approaches should be provided
with stop-sign controls. At both of the project driveway intersections, the project driveway approach
should be provided with sufficient right-of-way to accommodate two incoming and one receiving lane.
A minimum driveway throat-depth of 50 feet is recommended for both project driveways.
Roadways
None of the study roadway segments warrant improvements under existing and existing plus project
conditions.
CUMULATIVE AND CUNT rULATrvE PLUS PROJECT CONDMONS
Intersections
None of the study intersections warrant improvements under cumulative base conditions (assuming that
the cumulative improvements programmed in the Mountain House EIR are in place).
Under cumulative conditions with the development of the project, all study intersections are expected to
operate at acceptable weekday AM and PM peak hour levels of service and Sunday peak hour of
project's trip generation. The recommended minimum driveway throat-depth of 50 feet is expected to
provide sufficient queue storage capacity under cumulative plus project conditions.
In this report, signalization of the Grant Line Road/Lammers Road intersection was assumed under
_ cumulative conditions, based upon programmed cumulative roadway configurations and expected
cumulative traffic demand levels. Since the project's impacts at this intersection are not significant, the
project is not expected to share the cost of cumulative improvements at this intersection. However,
based upon the project's contribution to peak hour traffic growth over existing conditions, a "fair-
share" analysis indicates that the project's estimated share of cumulative improvement costs at the
Grant Line Road/Lammers Road intersection is I%.
Roadways
None of the study roadway segments warrant improvements under cumulative base and cumulative plus
project conditions (assuming that the cumulative improvements programmed in the Mountain House
EIR are in place).
Triaity Baptist Church Project Page 28
Traffic Study
—
