f. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1). A minimum of two (2) parking spaces shall be provided. (0.67 spaces are <br /> required for every 1,000 feet of building area. Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1015.3) <br /> 2). The parking spaces shall be surfaced with gravel or aggregate base to provide <br /> a dust free surface. <br /> g. LIGHTING: Lighting shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> 1). If the parking area is to be used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall <br /> be install=d. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g]) <br /> 2). Any Iighling shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No <br /> spillover beyond the property lines shall be permitted except onto public <br /> thoroughfares, provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to <br /> motorists. (Development Title Section 9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> h. SCREENING: All storage materials and related activities, including storage <br /> areas for trash, shall be screened so as not to be visible from adjacent properties <br /> and public rights-of-way. Screening shall be six (6) to seven (7) feet in height. <br /> Outside storage is not permitted in front yards, street side yards, or in front of <br /> main buildings. (Development Title Section 1022.4[d][21) <br /> i. SIGNS: Sigr details shall be consistent with Chapter 9-1710 of the Development <br /> Title and be ncluded on the Site Plan. All portions of any sign shall be set back a <br /> minimum of Jive (5) feet from any future right-of-way line, including any corner cut- <br /> off(snipe). (Development Title Section 9-1710.2[g]) <br /> j. ANIMAL REGULATIONS: The following animal regulations apply: <br /> 1). All animal enclosures, including but not limited to pens, cages, and feed areas, <br /> shall be maintained free from litter, garbage, and excessive accumulation of <br /> manure, >o as to discourage the proliferation of flies, other disease vectors, and <br /> offensive odors. Premises shall be maintained in a neat and sanitary manner. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1045.4[b]) <br /> 2). Except for movement on and off the property, animals shall not be kept or <br /> maintainEed in coops, pens, corrals, or within barns or similar structures, on <br /> property of less than 1/2 acre, closer than 40 feet from any rear or side property <br /> line.
