INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT: <br /> 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists of one 240 acre parcel, located at <br /> 20589 E. Milton Road, Linden, CA. The subject parcel number is 105-200-03. The <br /> project is in an agricultural community, and the existing parcel is zoned AG-40. <br /> 1.2 Description of proposed development: It is proposed to divide the existing parcel <br /> into a three 80 acre parcels. In accordance with the San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, this Surface and Subsurface Contamination Report (SSCR) is being submitted for � <br /> approval. This report will investigate the property for visual or historical environment <br /> contamination based on field observation, interviews with the owner, and county records. <br /> (This SSCR includes no chemical analysis). <br /> 1.3 Parcel Location Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map with Vicinity Map, and <br /> APN page). <br /> 1.4 Site Map: (See Appendix for Tentative Map). <br /> 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE: <br /> 2.1 Discussion of Past, Present, and Proposed Future Uses: The primary source <br /> of information of the historic use of this property is testimony of the owner, Cliff Motoike. <br /> The owner was interviewed on November 18, 2014. Mr. Motoike has owned the <br /> subject parcel for 10+ years. The land use has not changed under his ownership. <br /> Presently the property is an existing vineyard. The surrounding properties to the north, <br /> east, south and west are used for agricultural purposes. <br /> 3.0 IDENTIFICATION OF ALL PAST AND CURRENT SOURCES OF <br /> CONTAMINATION: <br /> 3.1 Methods Used to Research: Methods used to research this parcel were <br /> records researched at the San Joaquin County Agriculture Commissioner's office on <br /> November 24, 2014 (see appendix for results). An onsite survey was performed on <br /> November 18, 2014 by Joe Murphy of Dillon & Murphy. The owner was interviewed on <br /> November 18, 2014 by Joe Murphy. San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department's <br /> underground storage tank site mitigation database list did not yield any findings on the subject <br /> parcel (see appendix). A search for U.S.T./L.U.S.T sites was done on the subject parcel and <br /> yielded no findings.
