INTRODUCTION <br /> Our firm was retained by Ervan E. Frisk to perform a soil suitability study <br /> on the subject property located at 21982 E. Milton Road, Linden, CA 95236. The <br /> purpose of the study was to determine the suitability of the property for septic <br /> tank usage. The study was performed according to the requirements of the Public <br /> Health Service Percolation Test Procedures and San Joaquin County Ordinances. <br /> This report presents the results of our study. <br /> 11. PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> The area where the property is located is zoned rural residencial with 2 <br /> acre minimum lot sizes. The property is being split into three (3) parcels <br /> with an existing residence on Parcel 2, Parcels 1 and 3 will be vacant at this <br /> time until it is decided on the type of residence that would be built on the <br /> vacant parcels. <br /> 111. PRESENT AND PAST USE OF THE SITE <br /> Except where the existing residence is on the property the remainder of the <br /> property has been in pasture for grazing the owners cattle. It is anticipated <br /> that the open area where the residence would be proposed would still allow much <br /> of the land open for grazing or lawn area . <br /> 1V. PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> Currently Parcel 2 is being served by a septic system that has been in <br /> operation for in excess of 20 years without any problems and the other two <br /> Parcels 1 and 3 should not have any problem when the future proposed new systems <br /> would be installed under new building permits. The existing system consists of <br /> a septic tank with 3 100 foot leach lines.
