CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> PA-1300143 <br /> FORD & LOHRMEYER/DILLON & MURPHY <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-1300143 was approved by the Community Development <br /> Department on November 1, 2013, which is the effective date of approval. This approval will expire <br /> on May 3, 2015, which is 18 months from the effective date of approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line <br /> Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if required by the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance Requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> 1. APPROVAL: This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment among three parcels as shown on the site <br /> plan dated August 20, 2013. Parcel One to contain 2 acres, Parcel Two to contain 4 acres, and <br /> Parcel Three to contain 9 acres. <br /> b NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties <br /> shall be submitted to the Surveyors Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor.
