Box 388 <br /> Stockton, CA 95201-0388 <br /> REF: 1,S-94-3 <br /> Dear Mr. Olsen, <br /> This letter is being written in response the the September 20, 1994 letter <br /> by Mr. Mike Huggins, Supervising RENS concerning the subject soil suitability <br /> study for the subject Parcel Map for Mr. Robert Bell. Two of the proposed <br /> parcels already have residences on then and the third parcel would have a <br /> single family residence and the buyer of the third parcel was already told <br /> what he would need in the way of a septic system with a tank, two leach lines <br /> of so many feet and two deep pits as per your map and requirements for the <br /> Linden/Peters area. <br /> We doug five (5) holes on the property with a backhole to a depth of 16.5 feet <br /> each and did came came out of hard pan on any one of the five holes, therefore <br /> we respectfully request that any further testing not be required.
