There are no immediate plans for any more dwellings. <br /> Description of proposed development: The purpose of this project is to create four(4) two (2) <br /> _ acre parcels and a "Designated Remainder" from the existing 10.93 acres. <br /> 1.2 Parcel Location Map: (See Appendix). <br /> 1.3 Site Map: (See Appendix). <br /> 2.0 PAST, PRESENT, AND PROPOSED FUTURE USES OF THIS SITE• <br /> 2.1 The present owner, Steve Buckholz have owned the property for the pagE10years. (See permits in Appendix.) <br /> 3.5 General Area Septic Permit History: In researching permits for septic systems and San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department records,the septic systems in this general <br /> area range in installation dates from 1971 to 2002.
