1.0 INTRODUCTION AND PROPOSED DE LOPMENT: <br /> 1.1 Description of Site: The project consists ofk 10.9 acre parcel located at <br /> " 22080 Milton Road, Linden, California. The proj ct i ' a farming community <br /> and is surrounded by agricultural land. It is zoned R-R(Rural Residential). The project parcel <br /> number is APN 093-040-07. (See permits in Appendix.) <br /> 3.5 General Area Septic Permit History: In researching permits for septic systems and San <br /> Joaquin County Environmental Health Department records,the septic systems in this general <br /> area range in installation dates from 1971 to 2002.
