Other Requirements may also apply. These <br /> Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> & A soil suitability study on each parcel, as required by Section 9- <br /> 0�- 1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County Development Title, indicating <br /> that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be performed <br /> prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of $156.00 is required <br /> at time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> (ORD/EHD) <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on site sewage <br /> Vstandards of San Joaquin County prior to approval. A percolation test <br /> �'�w�ythat meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice or <br /> -P.A. Design Manual for onsite wastewater treatment and disposal <br /> system is required for each parcel. A permit fee of$78.00 per <br /> percolation hole is required. <br /> 2. Construction of individual sewage disposal system(s) on parcel one if <br /> new development occurs, under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services <br />
