A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of $156.00 is required at time <br /> of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> J t)(1 Aqb. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromochloropropane <br /> TO (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and <br /> analyzed by a State-approved laboratory. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1115.7) <br /> C. Open, pump, and backfill the septic tank, seepage pit or excavation under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division. (San Joaquin County Development Title <br /> Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4) <br /> d. Refuse, garbage and other solid waste material must be stored, removed and transported to <br /> an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Section 5-2400. <br /> e.
