CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL I PA-1000093 I Long Lot Line Adjustment Application No. PA-1000093 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community Development Department on May 24, 2010,which is the effective date of approval. ' Unless otherwise specified, all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment. This approval will expire on November 23, 2011, which is 18 months from the effective date of I approval, unless a .Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been recorded and a Record of Survey has been filed, if required by the Land Surveyor's Act. 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Contact Staff: Corinne King, [209]953-7509) a. APPROVAL:This approval is for a Lot Line Adjustment among four parcels. Parcel 1 to contain 155 acres and Parcels 2, 3, and 4 to contain 45 acres as shown on the site plan dated April 28, 2010. b. NOTICE OFLOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the resultant properties shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community Developmenx-.Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped and signed by a Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land Surveyors'Act, or a Licensed Land Surveyor. (Development Title Section 9-872.4).. c. LOT SIZE AND WIDTH: The following lot size and width regulations shall apply to this map: (1) All Parcels shall have a minimum lot width of 330 feet. (Development Title Section 9-610.4) (2) All Parcels shall have a minimum.lot size of 40 acres. (Development Title Section 9-610.2) 2.
