For future development of"Designated Remainder" improvements shall be provided in accordance with the <br /> adopted County development policies for 'Division 11: Infrastructure Standards and Requirements" of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Title. This requirement shall be recorded as a Notice of Minor <br /> Subdivision Restrictions,prior to approval of the Certificate of Compliance. (Subdivision Map Act Section <br /> 66424.6) <br /> 4. All easements of record shall be described in the Certificate of Compliance. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 910.20) <br /> 5. Access easements shall be provided for Parcel 3,Parcel 4 and the Designated Remainder.
